1. General conditions

These general conditions of business apply for all sales, services and offers (www.igan-iluminacion.com) within the framework of the online store. Igan not accept different conditions by the user unless Igan recognize their validity before writing.

2. Conclusion of the contract/checkout

By placing products in our shop, we provide a binding offer to conclude a contract for purchase of such products offer. The contract is to accept the offer by pressing the "Buy" in the last step of the order process. After you can access to the order data at any time by clicking on "my account" button.

3. Reserve auto supply

In the event that an order can not be sent because providers can not send the item despite having a contractual obligation to be a problem beyond our company, our right to cancel the contract. We will inform you immediately if the event that the order requested is not available is reached and any payments made to date will be reimbursed immediately.

4. Prices and shipping costs

The price indicated on the website at the time of placing the order is the current price, the prices are given in euros and VAT included.

5. Payment

6. Cancel orders placed

In case you want to cancel an order, you have 24 hours from the date of realization to cancel it and you must request it by email to ventas@igan-iluminacion.com indicating the reference of the order you wish to cancel.

Important: On orders of an amount greater than €600 or containing manufacturing products on request cancellations are not allowed, a coupon will be made for the amount of the order or product to be canceled. If the communication is not received within that period and you want to cancel the order once 24 hours have passed. We will proceed to reimburse the order within 48/72 business hours, applying a charge of 10% of the value of the order for bank management fees and paperwork with the manufacturer. In orders of an amount greater than €600 or containing manufacturing products on request cancellations are not allowed, a voucher will be issued for the amount of the order or product to be canceled. The delay in the delivery of an order is not a reason for cancellation except for orders with a delay exceeding 72 hours.

7. Warranty

Legal rights applicable to products that are defective shall apply. With a minimum of 3 years warranty.

8. Returns

In compliance with the Law on Retail Trade (Law 7/1996) referring to distance selling it provides that the customer has the right to return products purchased within 30 days from the date of reception, without require any justification.

If the payment has been made with PayPal, and we issue a total or partial refund, a commission of 2.90% of the amount + €0.35 will be charged, a fee beyond our control that PayPal charges directly for returns.

Return conditions

  • The return of material that is not in perfect condition, that has been used, assembled or has obvious damage, both in the outer packaging and in the product itself, will not be accepted.
  • The items must be returned in perfect condition, with the packaging protected to avoid possible breakage and with all manuals, cables, packaging, etc. In the event that the product is not returned in its original packaging, is missing accessories, is damaged or is obviously in use, we reserve the right to make a depreciation on the returned amount or, where appropriate, the denial of the return and its return to the customer.
  • Returns of products with an import value greater than €600 (VAT included) are not accepted. In these cases, a purchase voucher will be issued that can be exchanged for the value of the products.
  • The products may present small modifications with respect to the images on the website, improvements in design, features or slight differences in dimensions. These modifications are made by the manufacturers to always guarantee the best possible product and are not reasons to return the order free of charge.
  • If at the time of delivery of an order any product has defects in operation or finish, this is not a reason to request a free return. We will proceed to immediately replace it with a new one, assuming all shipping and collection costs.
  • Do not label or write on the outside of the packaging, as this may cause depreciation of the product.
  • Returns to multiple locations: In the case of orders containing multiple products from different warehouses, returns may need to be processed separately and sent to different addresses. This information will be provided to the customer when requesting the return.
  • For certain orders, especially those involving fragile products or those with special conditions, we may ask the customer to send images of the product and its original packaging before authorizing the return.

Once the perfect condition of the material has been verified and that it has not been used beyond the mere verification of the operation of the product, payment will be made in the same way in which the original payment was made.

NOTE: For orders placed B2B (business to business) in which a particular offer has been made for a project, product or order volume, returns are not allowed.

Exclusive return conditions for certain brands

ARKOSLIGHT/AROMAS/PHILIPS HUE/MASSMI/MARINISA/MILAN/LEDS C4/LUXCAMBRA/VISTOSI/OLE/ILUSORIA/ICONO/ROBIN

The products of these brands are manufactured in a personalized way for each order, for this reason the delivery time can range between 10 and 20 working days from when the order is formalized with the factory.

Cancellations of orders or returns from this brand always carry depreciation from 20% (the percentage of depreciation depends on the brand once they review the items).

Returns will not be accepted for certain products from these brands.

Exclusive return conditions for certain products

Returns are not accepted on custom-made or personalized products, whether the entire product is customized (in the product customization field) or any of its parts, such as color, size, light color, or other elements, even with depreciation.

8. Claims breakage by transport

Claims due to the poor condition of the goods by breakage in shipping or delivery error should be communicated in within 48 hours of receipt by sending an email to ventas@igan-iluminacion.com. In this case the shipping will be paid by Igan lighting and proceed to his immediate replacement by another equally without any charge to the customer.

After these 48 natural hours after receiving your package, we understand that everything arrived in perfect condition and that the breakage or damage occurred due to causes beyond Igan iluminacion and the transport company.
